These terms and conditions ("the Terms") govern the users ("you" or "your") use of the website www.electronBazaar.com ("the Website") and your relationship with www.electronBazaar.com ("we", "our" or "us"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website.
electronBazaar is operated under licence by SARRUM Ltd, United Kingdom.
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to: Update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such an announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; And: Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents.
While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on the Website are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update the Website as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited the Website. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.
VAT is charged at 20% on orders sold and shipped to the United Kingdom (UK). VAT is also charged at at 5% on orders sold and shipped to the United Arab Emirates (AE) and 15% on orders sold and shipped to Saudi Arabia (SA).
For shipments to all other countries, 0% VAT rate will be applicable. Please note the sales tax will then be collected by the local designated courier on, or prior to delivery.
Import duties & taxes into the UK, AE, SA ONLY, will be borne by electronBazaar and under no circumstances should the customer be charged by the international courier. As per our contracted terms with both FedEx International & Aramex, all charges relating to import VAT and duty in the UK, UAE and SA are to be charged to our account as clearly stated on the AWB. If either courier contact you and ask for payment, please contact us immediately.
All import duties & taxes outside of UK, AE and SA are the responsibility of the customer and payable to the local designated courier, on or prior to delivery. As a result of failure to pay, the customer is still responsible for the cost of goods and outward delivery. Any fines incurred by the late payment of these charges are the full responsibility of the customer / consignee. All goods returned as a result of failure to pay these duties are subject to our Return Policy Terms & Conditions (see below).
All prices published, in all currencies are exclusive of delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout on weight and global destination. Please note that shipping charges do not include insurance.
Due to the Google Finance Currency Converter linked to the Website prices will fluctuate several times a day. This is due to the changes in the international currency exchange rates.
All products and brands we sell are brand new and are from the original manufacturer. Please note that all products will be distributed directly from our central procurement and dispatch in Hong Kong, which explains how we are able to sell the products at a reasonable price compared to other online/retail chains around the world. We do not keep any stocks at either of our business hubs in the UK or AE. All orders must be entered via the Website only, as we do not take orders via phone or email due to administrative and human error.
All products and/or services displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable.
The information displayed on the Website, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement. When you send an order by means of the on-line store for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the products and/or services selected. We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order may be accepted by us by means of an e-mail confirming the order sent to the e-mail address supplied with the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, prior to the order being shipped. A contract or agreement for the products and/or services selected shall only be formed once the dispatch confirmation message is sent to the e-mail address supplied by you on your order. It is your responsibility to verify that your mailbox is in proper working order and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
On confirmation of payment, you will receive an email notification. Once the order has been dispatched, a further notification with tracking details is sent by email. Please note that on dispatch, all items go through a final quality check and therefore the original seal on the box may have been broken.
All other communication is encouraged through the messaging system located in the electronBazaar customer account portal. For those customers that opted for guest checkout (did not create an account), a further notification is sent with user details to activate your customer account.
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of the Website and are not allowed to transact or use the Website.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. The electronBazaar crew, including our central procurement and dispatch in Hong Kong, follow a Monday to Friday working week. Orders received after 13.00 Friday (GMT) will only be processed the following Monday morning.
We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit/debit cardthrough BRAINTREE - A PayPal service. We also accept payment by credit / debit card or PayPal credit, through PAYPAL. All payments made by debit / credit card will be charged in USD.
If you pay by credit card, please note that the advertised price might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. Please also note that SARRUM Ltd does not add any loading fee on international currency exchange, it is at the bank rate on the day.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. If you make a payment for our products or services on the Website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
SARRUM Ltd will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
All orders are usually delivered via international courier, in view of the high-value item. The electronBazaar crew will email customers with a tracking number as soon as the product is dispatched. Shipping duration ranges from 3-7 business days depending on the geographical location of the customer and shipping route chosen by the courier. Please allow for regional variations including public holidays and the impact on local delivery times. Please note for customers in rural areas, delivery may be longer due to the use of additional third-party carriers. Delivery time may also be extended for special order items, in this case you will be notified by email.
Once the item is dispatched, should there be any delivery issues, the customer (consignee) must contact their local FedEx / Aramex customer service. Contact numbers are available on request or can be sourced online.
If goods are held in local clearance at destination for longer than 14 days, electronBazaar will not take responsibility for excess charges as imposed by the courier.
The event that the international couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
All products purchased from the Website are covered by a 12-month warranty unless specified, in relation to defective materials or workmanship, from customer purchase date. Under this warranty, your product may be repaired free of charge or replaced. The 12 month warranty is issued by electronBazaar and the full process is managed by the electronBazaar crew on your behalf.
If a warranty claim should arise, please be aware that if the item shows signs of misuse and / or poor maintenance (as recommended in the product manual) the warranty will be null and void.
All warranty claims are subject to the Return / Refund Policy Terms & Conditions. To ensure your warranty claim is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form the electronBazaar crew at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the shipping fee incurred in sending / returning the item to electronBazaar to manage the warranty process on your behalf is to be borne by the customer.
Return / Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. This can be obtained by contacting the electronBazaar crew at email@example.com. Please note, we maintain a record of the serial number of each item against your order number - please have both your order number and serial number to hand when requesting a return / refund.
The condition of a Return Policy:
The Return Policy is only effective for 7 days starting from the day the customer received the item.
The RMA must be approved by us before sending back.
The product is still factory sealed and unused. This includes the box and all the original accessories contained within the box.
The return of the products must be shipped by international courier and a tracking number must be provided to us within 3 working days once approved for return.
All shipping and insurance charges are the customers' responsibility.
A restocking fee of 25% applies to the actual cost of the product bought excluding any other fee.
All other fees associated with the sales of the product will not be entitled to a refund, including original shipping cost and transaction fees imposed by payment merchant.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Once the goods have been received and refund has been approved, please allow a further 7 days for the refund to be processed.
In the case of receiving damaged goods, all compensation claims are to be made direct to the shipping company in the first instance. On confirmation that compensation is to be made from our shippers, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Please note the compensation value is from the value declared on the shipping invoice.
Upon receiving the potential defective item from the customer, we will examine and test for the defects claimed by the customer. If we can't reproduce the same fault indicated by the customer, the return will not be accepted.
Failure to meet the above return policy, we will consider the product as sold. Losses arising from the agreed return terms will be fully borne by the customer. Any additional charges arise must be fully paid to us before a refund is made. In all circumstances where a refund has been issued, the goods remain the sole property of SARRUM Ltd.
Customers can cancel their order any time prior to dispatch. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for the refund to be processed and dependent on payment method an administration fee will be charged.
Please note, once the product has been dispatched, the cancellation process will follow the Return / Refund Policy Terms & Conditions.
If in the unlikely event that stock is not available and the order is cancelled at the request of electronBazaar, the full amount paid will be refunded. Please allow a further 7 days for the refund to be processed onto the original mode of payment.
If you have a complaint about our service, please let us know in writing. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will seek to resolve all complaints within 14 days and will keep you advised throughout the resolution process.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
The United Kingdom is our country of domicile and company registration.
SARRUM Ltd & electronBazaar.com will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and/or damage caused by the product sold. For safe handling and operation of the product, please consult the instruction manual supplied at the time of purchase or contact the manufacturer directly.
Any recall on product by the manufacturers will not be handled through electronBazaar.com and we do not have any obligations in providing any technical support on the product sold via the Website

Due to the Google currency converter linked to our system prices will fluctuate several times a day due to the changes in the international currency exchange rates all prices published throughout the world will be exclusive of shipping as shipping is calculated on weight and global destination.
