Do you have an electronBazaar store?

No, we don't have a physical store. By not having hundreds of retail stores full of thousands of sales staff, we can keep our overheads to a minimum and then pass the savings onto our customers through our low pricing.

How do you offer such low prices?

A question we get asked all the time! electronBazaar is a digital native business (we started online and only sell on line). As we do not have retail stores, our overeheads are kept to a minimum, which allows us to offer competitive prices passing our savings onto you.

Are your products genuine?

100% yes! electronBazaar ONLY purchases brand new products from the orginal manufacturer. Furthermore, all of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty. The warranty is issued by electronBazaar and the full process is managed by the electronBazaar crew on your behalf.

What does the term “kit box” means under cameras?

The camera was previously sold as a kit and therefore may be delivered in a white box. Don't worry all the contents of the box will be the same and the item is still covered by our 12 month warranty.

Shipping - How much do you charge for shipping?

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are dependent on location and weight of the product. All shipments above 1kg, are shipped using either FedEx or Aramex, as these are proven to take on average 3-7 business days anywhere in the world, with global support offices and online tracking software. A copy of our shipping tariff is available on request from the electronBazaar crew at If your shipping location is classed as an Out of Delivery Area (ODA), a surcharge may apply. In this case the electronBazaar crew will contact you and advise accordingly.

Shipping – You don’t ship to my country, what can I do?

Payment - What payments do you accept?

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card, through BARCLAYCARD. We also accept payment through PAYPAL. All payments made by debit / credit card will be charged in USD. Don't worry, does not retain your credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information.

Payment – Do you accept cash on delivery?

As we ship globally, we don't offer a cash on delivery service as it would be far too difficult for our business to manage effectively.

Payment - Is my card payment secure?

All credit/debit card payments are 100% secure, via a 256-bit SSL encryption and assured by our Extended Validation Certificate issued according to a specific set of criteria. These criteria require extensive verification of our business identity by the certificate authority (CA) before a certificate is issued. We also regularly run PCI compliance scans by a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) approved scanning vendor, ensuring we have a domain free of any known vulnerabilities. The PCI DSS is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit/debit card information maintain a secure environment. Essentially any merchant that has a Merchant ID (MID).

Payment - How does your currency converter calculate the conversion rate?

A dynamic converter multi-currency tool shows our prices in multiple currencies. When you first visit, the dynamic converter will detect the country that you are from and automatically set that country´s currency for you. You can change this to any currency you wish via a select box on each page. Please watch out though, the conversion rate on the Website is only an indicator and may not reflect your payment or any banks multi-currency charges exactly.

Order Processing - Why do you require a contact number on my order?

Don´t worry, it's not so we can spam you with lots of promotions, its so the courier can contact you to arrange delivery. We may also want to verify that the payment has been made by you or by another party. Our team will randomly check credit/debit card payments to check authenticity as an added security measure, to you the customer.

Order Processing - How long does it take to process an order?

All orders will be processed on receipt of payment and a confirmation will be sent. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking details to be sent and a further 3-7 business days for delivery depending on your geographical location. Please note these timings are for guideline purposes only and may differ regionally due to weekends, holidays or delays from customs clearance. If the item is a special order, then delivery time may be extended. If this is the case, we will notify you by email.

Delivery - How do you deliver my order? has partnered with FedEx and Aramex to ensure that your products reach you safely, quickly and efficiently. Once your order has been dispatched, the electronBazaar crew will send an email to you with a tracking number. Please note, once your order has been dispatched, any questions about delivery should be directed to the courier, as we have no control of product movement or shipping schedules of the third parties. Local contact details can be found online. Occasionally we experience a delay in shipments due to the inspection of lithium batteries by airline authorities. Unfortunately this is out of our control, however the electronBazaar crew are on hand to expedite your order in these circumstances.

Delivery - How long does shipping take?

Once your product has been dispatched, shipping can take from 24hours up to 7 days, depending on your geographical location. Once you receive the email with a tracking number, you can contact the courier directly to confirm exact date and time of your delivery.

Delivery - Why do you not ship to a PO Box?

We cannot ship to a PO Box address as stipulated by shipping regulations and carrier agents. Due to the high value of most products we supply a signature on delivery is required. This also acts as added security, so you know who has received the products (a copy of the signature is supplied on the courier tracking information and displayed after delivery).

Delivery - Import duties and taxes, who pays?

Many customers are uncertain about why import duties are levied on products that they buy online and unfortunately, these are totally beyond our control. Duties and fees are very much dependent on each individual country's regulations and are the full responsibility of the customer. Depending on the country, there could be waivers for mail orders or internet purchases but usually, these are limited to a certain value import tariff thresholds. wants to ensure that you are informed of the import duties and taxes of your country and we have compiled a list of useful links, directly to official customs websites. Delivery - United Kingdom import duties and taxes, who pays?

As electronBazaar is a fully registered business in the United Kingdom, our prices for our UK customers are inclusive of all import duties & VAT.

Delivery - United Arab Emirates import duties and taxes, who pays?

As electronBazaar is registered for tax in the United Arab Emirates, our prices for our UAE customers are adjusted to include 5% VAT & import duties. Please contact us immediately if you are contacted by the courier in the UAE to settle these charges as under no circumstance should you pay these.

Delivery - Saudi Arabia import duties and taxes, who pays?

As electronBazaar is registered for tax in Saudi Arabia, our prices for our Saudi customers are adjusted to include 15% VAT & import duties. Please contact us immediately if you are contacted by the courier in Saudi Arabia to settle these charges as under no circumstance should you pay these.

Delivery - The tracking is showing a delay, what do I do?

As you are the consignee, please contact the courier directly as you may be required to send further information. Contact details for your local courier can be found online and please have the tracking details to hand. If you require any further help, then please contact the eB crew through the messaging system on the electronBazaar customer portal.

Return / Refund Policy- What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. This can be obtained by contacting the electronBazaar crew at

The Return Policy is only effective for 7 days starting from the day the customer received the item.

The RMA must be approved by us before sending back.

The product is still factory sealed and unused. This includes the box and all the original accessories contained within the box.

The return of the products must be shipped by international courier and a tracking number must be provided to us within 3 working days once approved for return.

All shipping and insurance charges are the customers' responsibility.

A restocking fee of 25% applies to the actual cost of the product bought excluding any other fee.

All other fees associated with the sales of the product will not be entitled to a refund, including original shipping cost and transaction fees imposed by payment merchant.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Once the goods have been received and refund has been approved, please allow a further 7 days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged goods - What should I do?

electronBazaar follows stringent quality procedures with all goods being inspected on receipt from our suppliers and again before your order is dispatched. Each shipment is packed in a way to ensure goods arrive undamaged and it is rare for goods to be damaged during shipment.

In the case of receiving damaged goods, all compensation claims are to be made direct to the shipping company in the first instance. On confirmation that compensation is to be made from our shippers, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Please note the compensation value is from the value declared on the shipping invoice.

Warranty - Do your products come with a warranty?

All products purchased from the Website are covered by a 12-month warranty unless specified, in relation to defective materials or workmanship, from customer purchase date. Under this warranty, your product may be repaired free of charge or replaced. The 12 month warranty is issued by electronBazaar and the full process is managed by the electronBazaar crew on your behalf.
